Payshia made me feel so empowered about the birth plan I created during labor and throughout my entire pregnancy. Her level of expertise felt so natural and it was amazing to watch her trust herself when caring for me. During labor she quickly familiarized herself during labor with the contraction monitor and created an easeful way for me to control my breathing. Deciding to have a natural birth in the hospital isn't always supported by the hospital's care team but I felt so empowered having Payshia by my side to politely and firmly advocate for me. Her passion for maternal health is what makes her services truly unmatched and having her as emotional, educational and physical support was one of the best decisions I've made. 

Payshia is truly a blessing!!! From our initial consultation to my actual delivery she made me feel comfortable and most importantly confident in my delivery. During my delivery myself and my partner only had to focus on being present for the delivery, Payshia advocated for myself and my baby during the entire process. Having a doula made such a difference in my laboring experience. I highly recommend Payshia!!!
